• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, no house parties. Occupancy over 8 guests may result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.
• For your safety and security, the home has motion detectors and a security system, including exterior cameras.
• The garage is not available for guest use.
• In-unit washer and dryer available for guest use.
• On-site parking is available in the driveway. No campers, RVs, or tents, please, and please park in the driveway only to preserve the landscape.
• We do allow pets, but please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your furry friend(s).
• No firearms of any kind.
• Absolutely no hunting on the property or surrounding properties.
